Poor Mary Ann Duffy got slapped by Cast Iron Cheapies hangover today. She showed some toys she was unpacking and said she would be selling them if there was interest. Cheapie immediately jumped her ass for rules violaton when she did the same thing many other posters have done when assessing the interest in a toy sale. One wonders how long Cheapie can continue to embarass the fine admins on that site with his hungover attacks on the members before they give him the boot. the question now remains will cheapie apologize for his attack or simply delete and slink away to whatever bar he normally hides in. Or worse yet will cheapie acuse her of being Bob and boot her to hide the embarrassment of being socially dysfunctional.

You want the sales to be public for education purposes but you dont want anyone posting their toy and asking what its worth? Sounds like you're once again speaking out of both sides of your ass.
Once again let's please not bombard sellers with private messages. If selling in the group sales should be public and fair for all. If we Admin thought we deserved preferential treatment we would turn on post approval and see everything first but fairness for all is our goal here. It is our belief that public sales are a learning tool and we put learning ahead of our own special interests. It is ok to trade amongst yourselves but if the group has an active seller please don't interfere with the selling with the "me first" attitude. First to comment "sold" wins. If selling the seller is busy posting and doesn't have time to dig out your specific request and privately offer it to you. Please review the rules on sales. The rules are there for fairness to all members not just for me to complain all the time. In reality the rules have caused me to miss many opportunities that I wouldn't miss if I just wanted to buy toys out of greed. Happy collecting and a big thank you to all of our sellers/buyers. (If the seller is not actively selling message all you want as long as the seller doesn't mind).
