I uploaded a phone scanned copy of the 1925 hubley price list courtesy of the Lancaster Museum. Preservation of those historical documents prevents a cleaner more professional looking book scanning but I think you'll find it useful. Its uploaded in the library and downloadable if you choose to do so. I think you'll find it prints better than it looks online. If you already have ATCA copies of the 1906 , 1919 or 1929 catalogs I think you'll find the 1925 price list a nice cross reference for toys from that time period. The file is in pdf format and sorted several ways by Hubley by toy type and then by either price or catalog item number.
